I would like to share our thanks and appreciation of the works Allan Smith undertook in restoring service to the UHL Chiller. As you know we have experienced significant chiller issues for some time and running off a temporary chiller was an ongoing significant risk. Allan’s work to re-use parts from the other compressor to provide us increased resilience, significantly reduces our risk to site and has allowed us to ensure we provide the necessary cooling to the hospital. Allan showed his knowledge, experience and customer service skills in order to communicate effectively to us throughout and ensure we managed risk to site.

PPM visit was completed and the chiller is ticking along nicely. The client is very happy, all service reports received and they are happy with the service we provide
